Drone Lands on Japan PM’s Office 首相官邸屋上にドローン 落下

A quadcopter drone was found on the roof of the Prime Minister of Japan’s office.  It was equipped with a small camera and a plastic bottle containing small traces of a radioactive material.

Japan currently has no restrictions for flying UAV at or below 250 meters (820 feet) above ground except for on flight routes.  That may change with this incident.

In the United States in January, a quadcopter drone crashed on the White House grounds, raising concerns over drone safely in the U.S.
