FPV Drone Racing | Komodo airframe | Grapevine Texas

Check out this fpv video taken of drone quad racing at Lake Park in Grapevine Texas.
The course was set up in an open field dotted with trees.  Some great flying and fpv views of the action.  Mini quads flying under/through the air gates set up around the course and also around and under several trees … all the while trying to beat and not hit the other quads racing around the course.  Looks like a crash or two, but overall able to keep the quad in the air around the course.

Some information from the Komodo site (SEC3).  It is called the “most advanced multirotor racing platform.”  The Komodo – V1 has the following features:

*Removable electronics tray – Allows for much easier building of the electronics outside the frame in a separate unit.
*Removable FPV tray – Like the electronics tray, the FPV tray allows for building outside the main chassis.
