A little about the beautiful islands of Palawan from Wikipedia.
It is an island province of the Philliphines with islands that stretches from Mindoro in the northwest of Borneo in the southwest. The province is named after its largest island, Palawan Island which is 280 miles long and 31 miles wide.
It includes two UNESCO World Heritage Sites,
Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park which features a large limestone karst landscape with an underground river.
Tubbataha Reefs Natural Park which is an example of an atoll reef with a very high density of marine species. It has a pristine coral reef with 100 meter perpendicular wall, many lagoons and two coral islands.
